摘要
护理人员的反思能力越来越受到重视,护士开展反思是促进专业能力发展,可以提高临床实践能力、知识拓展能力及创新能力。因此本文从反思的概念、临床护士反思的现状、反思的评估工具、指导临床护士开展反思的模式、形式与方法及未来展望等方面进行综述,旨在为我国临床护士开展反思的相关研究提供借鉴和依据。
The reflective ability of nursing staff has been paid more and more attention,nurses'reflection can promote professional competence development,which also can improve clinical practice ability,knowledge expansion ability and innovation ability.Therefore this article reviews the current situation on nurses′reflection,the assessment tools,the modes,forms,methods and types,future prospects of clinical nurses reflective practice,in order to provide reference and basis for the relevant research on the reflection practice of clinical nursing staff in China.
