摘要
目的探讨反思循环模式联合ESPCS护理干预对四肢骨折合并糖尿病患者自我管理行为的影响。方法选取2019年12月-2021年4月四肢骨科收治的骨折合并糖尿病的患者90例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组及观察组,各45例,对照组实施骨科围手术期合并糖尿病常规护理,观察组实施反思循环模式联合ESPCS护理干预,比较2组干预前后自我管理行为、焦虑自评量表(self-rathg anxiety scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(self-rathg depressing scale,SDS)得分情况。结果干预后,观察组自我管理行为能力量表总分高于对照组(Z=142.000,P<0.001);SAS和SDS评分均低于对照组(Z=241.500,P<0.001;Z=432.000,P<0.001)。结论反思循环模式联合ESPCS护理干预能有效提高四肢骨折合并糖尿病患者的自我管理行为能力,降低焦虑和抑郁水平,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of reflective circulation mode combined with ESPCS nursing intervention on self-management of limb fracture patients complicated with diabetes mellitus.Methods Totally 90 limb fracture patients complicated with diabetes mellitus and treated between December 2019 and April 2021 were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group,each of 45,according to a random number table.The control group was given routine perioperative nursing care for orthopedics patients with diabetes,while the observation group underwent nursing based on the reflexive circulation mode and ESPCS.Before and after the intervention,both groups were evaluated the self-management behavior,anxiety and depression using(the summary of diabetes self-care activities,SDSCA),the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS).Results After the intervention,the scores of SDSCA the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(Z=142.000,P<0.001),while the SAS and SDS scores were significantly lower than that of the control group(Z=241.500,P<0.001;Z=432.000,P<0.001).Conclusion The nursing intervention based on the reflective circulation mode combined with ESPCS can effectively improve the self-management of limb fracture patients complicated with diabetes,reducing their bad behaviors,anxiety and depression,and promoting their life quality and satisfaction to the nursing service.
