摘要
目的了解2009-2018年米易县自残/自杀病例发生特征,为制定预防控制对策与措施提供依据。方法对2009-2018年度米易县3所伤害监测医疗机构诊治的自残/自杀病例进行流行病学分析。结果自残/自杀发生数量呈逐年下降趋势;女性发生比例高于男性;发生年龄以15~44岁年龄组为主;发生时间5月最多、10月最少。每天发生时间5时最多、18时最少;地点主要为家中;主要原因为农药中毒;严重程度以轻为主;结局以留院观察为主。结论米易县居民自残/自杀发生数量呈逐年下降趋势。2009-2018年采取的防治策略和综合措施有效。今后应加强重点人群干预、农药管理等措施。进一步减少自残/自杀的发生。
Objective To understand the occurrence characteristics of self-mutilation/suicide in Miyi County from 2009 to 2018 aiming to provide the basis for formulating preventive and control measures.Methods Epidemiological analysis was conducted on self-mutilation/suicide cases diagnosed and treated by three injury surveillance medical institutions in Miyi County from 2009 to 2018.Results The number of self-mutilation/suicide is decreasing year by year.The incidence of selfmutilation/suicide in female is higher than that in male.Most of cases was in the 15-44 year-old age group.The peak month of self-mutilation/suicide was May,whereas the least month of selfmutilation/suicide was October.Most of self-mutilation/suicide case occurred at 5∶00 per day,while the least time of self-mutilation/suicide occurrence is 18∶00.Most of cases occurred mainly at home.The main cause of self-mutilation/suicide is pesticide poisoning.The severity of selfmutilation/suicide was mainly mild with the outcome of hospital observation.Conclusion The number of self-mutilation/suicide among residents in Miyi County is decreasing year by year,which indicates that control strategies and comprehensive measures adopted in 2009-2018 was effective.In the future,interventions targeted at high-risk population and pesticide management should be strengthened in order to reduce the incidence of selfmutilation/suicide.
