摘要
制度在医院管理中发挥着重要作用,但在实际工作中,经常出现制度不适应、不完善、执行不到位、缺乏监管等问题。文章以问题为导向,阐述了医院制度建设的实践方法和思考,为医院的制度建设工作提供借鉴思路。
The regulatory system plays an important role in hospital management,but in actual work,there are always problems such as inappropriate system,imperfect system,inadequate implementation,and lack of supervision.This study stated the practical methods and thinking of hospital regulatory system construction based on the problems.It will provide reference for the hospital regulatory system construction.
