摘要
对某青少年活动中心进行结构设计,其平面为7个正六边形的组合,通过在六边形角部布置树状柱,形成六边形内部巨大的无柱空间。首先,详细介绍了结构体系及荷载取值;利用有限元软件进行了整体结构的建模与设计,以及模态、受力和位移分析,其结果满足相关规范要求;其次,通过开展考虑几何非线性和材料非线性的稳定性分析,指出结构具有良好的稳定性能;最后,针对结构中的特殊节点如树状柱分叉节点及屋面中心梁梁汇交节点,详细介绍了节点做法及细部构造,为验证连接节点性能,进一步建立了三维实体模型进行精细化有限元分析。分析结果表明,结构承载力及稳定性均满足相关规范要求。
The paper presented the design process of the structure of a youth activity center, which consists of seven regular hexagons in the plane. By arranging column-trees at the corners of the hexagons, a huge column-free space within the hexagons was formed. The structure system and load value were introduced in detail. The whole structure was modeled and designed by finite element software, and the modal analysis, force analysis and displacement analysis were carried out, the results could meet the requirements of the code. The stability analysis considering geometric nonlinearity and material nonlinearity showed that the structure had good stability performance. Finally, aiming at the special joints in the structure, such as dendritic column branch joints and roof central beam-beam junction joints, the method and the detail construction of the joints were introduced in detail. In order to verify the performance of the joints, the 3 D solid finite element analysis were carried out. The results showed that the bearing capacity and stability of the structure could meet the requirements of the code.
