摘要
对上海浦东国际机场T2航站楼张弦梁下弦-腹杆连接铸钢节点进行了足尺试验研究。试验分别进行了两种连接构造的节点在设计工况和破坏工况下的加载,并给出了各节点相应的应力-应变发展规律。足尺试验结果表明,试验加载系统的设计合理,能够较好地模拟试件在实际结构中的受力状况。该铸钢节点在设计荷载作用下能够满足强度和刚度的要求,节点在设计荷载作用下是安全且有一定裕度的。最后,对比了不同构造措施的连接节点的优缺点,并给出了一些设计建议。
The full-scale cast steel joints connecting web members and bottom chord of the beam-striag structures of Shanghai Pudong International Airport Terminal 2 are tested. Two types of joints with different configurations are loaded to the design load and ultimate load to obtain the failure mechanism. The test loading system designed is proved to be able to simulate the loading condition in real structure. The test results indicate both the two types of cast joints can satisfy the requirements of strength and stiffness under design load with adequate safe margin. The advantages and disadvantages of joints with different detailing are compared and the design recommendations are proposed.
