摘要
目的探讨适时教学联合微信课堂在妇产科临床实践教学中的应用。方法选取吉林大学临床医学5+3专业40名学生为研究对象,随机分为2组,其中20名学生作为实验组,采取传统临床实习带教+临床技能培训+基于适时教学基础上的微信网络平台教学,另外20名学生作为对照组,采用传统临床实习带教+临床技能培训。实习结束后进行出科理论考试和实践技能考试、实践教学满意度调查。结果出科理论考试成绩实验组学生的总分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。按照题型分类统计,简答题、问答题、病例分析题得分,实验组显著高于对照组(P<0.05);选择题的分项成绩,两组间差异没有统计学差异(P>0.05)。出科考试操作成绩实验组学生高于对照组(P<0.05)。满意度调查中,大多数实验组学生乐于接受和参与适时教学基础上的微信网络平台教学,认为此种教学方法显著增强了妇产科实践教学的效果,加深了对妇产科理论知识的理解,提高了分析解决问题的能力,适合辅助临床实践教学,满意度较高。结论适时教学基础上的微信网络平台教学作为现代医学教育的辅助手段,适用妇产科临床实践教学,其教学效果理想。
Objective To study the application of timely teaching combined with WeChat classroom in Gynecology and Obstetrics clinical practice teaching.Methods 40 students who majoring in 5+3 of clinical medicine in Jilin University were selected and randomly divided into two groups.Among them,20 students served as the experimental group,they were taught by traditional clinical practice+clinical skills training+WeChat classroom combined with timely teaching.Another 20 students served as the control group,they were taught by traditional clinical practice+clinical skills training.After the internship,a satisfaction survey was conducted on theoretical examination,practical skill examination and practical teaching.Results The total score of the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.According to the question type classification statistics,the scores of short answer questions,question-answer questions,and case analysis questions in the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between two groups in scores of choice questions(P>0.05).The scores of practical skill examination in the experimental group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).In the satisfaction survey,most of the experimental group students are willing to accept and participate in the teaching of WeChat classroom combined with timely teaching.They think this teaching method significantly increases the effects of practical teaching in gynecology and obstetrics,deepens the understanding of Gynecology and Obstetrics theories,improves the ability to analyze and solve problems,and is suitable for assisting clinical practice teaching.This teaching method has high student satisfaction.Conclusion As a supplementary application of modern medical education,the teaching of WeChat classroom based on timely teaching is suitable for Gynecology and obstetric clinical practice teaching,and the teaching effects are ideal.
