摘要
社区协商参与效能感代表着参与社区协商的人们对社区协商及其实践情况的一种感知与评判。这种感知与评判,关系到社区协商实践绩效、社区协商实践公信力、社区协商实践可持续性,以及社区治理绩效与党和政府形象塑造。通过问卷与访谈等调研方法,初步考察社区协商参与效能感的现状,发现当前社区协商参与还存在效能感不高、科学性有待引导等问题。因此,在进一步提升社区协商参与效能感的同时,强化并提升其科学性、不断促进其优化完善,是推进社区协商民主、充分发挥协商民主在社区治理中的重要作用必须认真面对和做好的课题。
The sense of effectiveness of community consultation and participation represents the perception and judgment of people participating in community consultation and its practice.This perception and evaluation is related to the performance of community consultation practice,the credibility of community consultation practice,the sustainability of community consultation practice,as well as the performance of community governance and the image building of the Party and government.Through questionnaire,interview and other research methods,this paper initially investigated the current situation of community consultation participation efficacy,and found that the current community consultation participation still has some problems,such as low efficacy,scientific need to guide and so on.Therefore,in order to promote the community consultation democracy and give full play to the important role of consultation democracy in community governance,it is necessary to face and do a good job to strengthen and enhance its scientificity and constantly promote its optimization.
