灰分对湖沥青改性沥青及其混合料技术性能的影响研究 被引量:1

摘要 湖沥青主要由地沥青和灰分构成,且成分较为固定。针对湖沥青中的灰分,通过室内试验,研究了灰分对湖沥青改性沥青技术指标及其混合料高温稳定性及水稳定性的影响。结果显示,湖沥青中灰分的存在对湖沥青改性沥青技术指标有较大影响,且可提高湖沥青改性沥青混合料的高温稳定性和水稳定性,灰分不仅是填料,还是改性剂的一部分;给出了改性沥青油石比和实际油石比的换算关系,可用于湖沥青改性沥青混合料的配合比设计。 Trinidad Lake Asphalt(TLA)consists of asphalt and ash mostly and the content is relatively fixed.Pointing at ash in TLA and by the way of test in door,this paper studies the influence by the ash in TLA on technical indicators of TLA modified asphalt and high temperature stability and water stability of mixture.The results show that ash in TLA has strong influence on technical indicators of TLA modified asphalt and can increase high temperature stability and water stability of mixture.So ash is not only a filler,but also a part of modifier.At the same time,the conversion relationship between the modified asphalt-aggregate ratio and the actual asphalt-aggregate ratio is given,which can be used for the mix design of TLA modified asphalt mixture.
