摘要
为把握特立尼达湖沥青改性机理,对分离出的灰分进行了微观性质测试、技术指标分析和与沥青相互作用研究,并和2种路用矿粉进行对比。初选3种灰分分离技术,通过分离效果和操作可行性的对比,建议使用离心机分离灰分的方法;通过微观颗粒形态和晶体组成测试,发现灰分颗粒粒径小、表面构造粗糙,其主要材料组成为石英和黏土;技术指标研究上发现灰分具有较大的密度、更细的粒度以及庞大的比表面积;测试了灰分与2种矿粉制备胶浆的G*/sinδ,显示灰分的增劲效果强于矿粉,且当粉胶比大于1.2时明显增大,增幅远超过普通矿粉。故灰分凭借粒度小、表面积大且粗糙等特征,能增强沥青高温性能。
In order to understand the modification mechanism of Trinidad Lake asphalt, the microscopic property test, the technical index analysis of the isolated ash and the research of its interaction with asphalt are conducted, and compared with those of 2 kinds of mineral powder. Based on comparing the separation effect and operational feasibility of 3 kinds of ash, it is suggested to use the method of using centrifuge to separate ash. Through the test of microscopic particle morphology and crystal composition, it is found that the size of ash granule is small and the surface structure is rough, and the ash is mainly composed of quartz and clay. The result of technical index analysis shows that ash possesses larger density, finer granularity and large specific surface area. The test result of G^*/sinδ of mortar made of ash and 2 kinds of filler shows that ash reinforcement stiffness is better than that of powder, when the ash-binder ratio surpasses 1.2, the growing rate is large than that of ordinary powder. So the ash could make high temperature performance of asphalt stronger for its little granule size, large and rough surface.
