摘要
目的:研究乳果糖口服液与复合乳酸菌素胶囊联合使用在功能性便秘治疗及预防复发中的应用价值。方法:将92例功能性便秘患者随机分为两组,对照组给予复合乳酸菌素胶囊口服,观察组加用乳果糖口服液口服。比较两组患者治疗总有效率,不良反应发生率,治疗前后症状评分、免疫学指标及生活质量变化,复发率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.65%(44/46),与对照组的80.43%(37/46)相比较,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.059,P=0.025<0.05);观察组口干、腹泻等总发生率为13.04%(6/46),高于对照组的6.52%(3/46),但是差异无统计学意义(χ~2=1.108,P=0.243>0.05)。治疗后两组患者症状评分与治疗前比较显著降低,免疫功能指标及生活质量量表各项评分均显著升高,且组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组复发率为15.22%(7/46),低于对照组的41.30%(19/46),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.720,P=0.005<0.05)。结论:乳果糖口服液与复合乳酸菌素胶囊联合使用有助于提高患者免疫功能,改善功能性便秘患者排便状况及生活质量,减少复发,改善其预后。
Objective To observe the effect of milk fructose oral solution combined with compound lactic acid bacteria Capsule on defecation in patients with functional constipation and its preventive effect.Method 92 patients with functional constipation were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the control group were treated by Lactobacillus complex capsules orally,while the patients in the observation group were given milk fructose oral solution,on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The total effective rate,adverse reaction rate,symptom score,immunological index before and after the treatment and changes of quality of life and recurrence rate of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 95.65%(44/46),and compared with 80.43%(37/46)in the control group,there was significant difference in the two groups(χ2=5.059,P=0.025<0.05).The total incidence rate of dry mouth and diarrhea in the observation group was 13.04%(6/46),which was higher than 6.52%(3/46)in the control group,but there was no significant difference(χ2=1.108,P=0.243>0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and immune function and quality of life scale scores were significantly increased,there was a significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was 15.22%(7/46),which was lower than 41.30%(19/46)of the control group.There was significant difference between groups(χ2=7.720,P=0.005<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of the milk fructose oral solution combined with compound lactic acid bacteria capsule can help to improve defecation status in patients with functional constipation,reduce the recurrence,improve the immune function and quality of life and improve the prognosis of patients with functional constipation.
