摘要
为解决有机棉、羊绒、精梳落棉、落毛,以及废旧纺织品循环开发利用的再生棉等含有较多超短细柔纤维的原料,在环锭纺装置上纺制细特优质纱线较难的问题,开发了一种新型短流程无牵伸聚绒纺纱装置,该装置包括喂入、梳理除杂、输送集聚及加捻卷绕成型4个部分。与现有的长流程聚绒纺技术相比,工艺流程明显缩短,生产效率大大提升,技术控制参数大量减少。开发的超短细柔聚绒纺纱线兼有环锭纺纱与紧密纺纱特点,成纱质量明显提高。新型短流程无牵伸聚绒纺纱装置已成功用于开发16.5 tex有机棉/精梳落棉/澳毛(50/25/25)聚绒混纺纱。
In order to solve the problem of fine high-quality yarn spinning in the ring spinning device with ultra-short fine flexible fibers, such as organic cotton, cashmere, falling wool as well as recycled cotton generated in waste textile recycling, a cashmere spinning device with short process and no drawing was developed and it includes four parts, which are feeding part, combing and removing impurities part, conveying and condensing part and twisting and winding part. Compared with the existing long process of cashmere spinning technology, the process is shortened obviously and the production efficiency is improved greatly. Meanwhile, the technical control parameters are significantly reduced. As a result, the developed cashmere spinning yarn combines the characteristics of ring spinning and compact spinning and its quality is significantly improved. The new cashmere spinning device with short process and no drawing was successfully used in the development of 16.5 tex organic cotton/combed cotton/Australian wool 50/25/25 cashmere spinning blended yarn.
