摘要
以有机棉、木棉纤维、澳毛3种超细柔纤维为原料,按照70/20/10的混纺比,运用棉纺系统的工艺技术和小比例混合技术,结合对木棉纤维的预处理技术和关键设备改造后的聚绒纺技术,提高了成纱条干及纱线细度,减少了细纱毛羽,所纺纱线能制成高档面料。纺制出的18.2 tex超短细柔纤维多组分复合纱线单纱强力275.7 cN,断裂强度15.15 c N/tex,单纱强力CV 9.1%,百米质量变异系数2.0%,百米质量偏差+0.5%,条干CV 10.8%,黑板棉结粒数50粒/g,达到USTER2007公报14.2%水平。
Three species of super fine soft fiber of the organic cotton,silk cotton,and Australian wool were used for raw material.According to the blending ratio of 70 /20 /10,we took cotton system of process technology,small proportion mixed technology,pretreatment technology on silk cotton and key equipment transformation of Cashmere Spinning,as a result,the yarn evenness was improved,the fineness of yarn was enhanced,and the yarn hairiness was reduced,so the yarn can be made into highgrade fabrics.The breaking force of the 18.2 tex super fine soft multi-composite yarn reached 275.7 c N,the breaking strength reached 15.15 c N / tex,the CV value about single yarn strong reached 9.1%,the weight variation coefficient of 100 meter reached 2%,100 meter weight deviation reached + 0.5%,the evenness CV reached 10.8%, blackboard cotton knot number was 50 grain / g, yarn quality met USTER2007 Bulletin 14.2% standards.
