早期康复训练对脑梗死患者功能恢复的效果观察被引量：2

摘要目的研究早期康复训练对脑梗死患者功能恢复的效果。方法将50例于2017年1月~2018年1月来我院就诊的脑梗死患者等分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予早期康复护理。干预一个月后,评估两组的功能恢复情况。结果干预后两组的Barthel评分均提高,NIHSS评分均下降,但观察组的改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对脑梗死患者实施早期康复训练可有效促进患者的肢体功能恢复。
