摘要
目的分析探究阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷治疗脑梗死的临床效果。方法此次选取2017年1月至2018年1月在我院接受治疗的100例脑梗死患者,采取随机数字分组法分成两组,各50例,对照组选用阿司匹林治疗,观察组选用阿司匹林与氯吡格雷联合治疗,对比研究两组临床治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率、Barthel评分、NIHSS评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论选用阿司匹林与氯吡格雷联合医治脑梗死患者疗效显著。
Objective The therapeutic effect of aspirin combined with clopidogrel in patients with cerebral infarction was analyzed.Methods In this study,100 patients with cerebral infarction who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were divided into two groups by random digital grouping,50 cases in control group were treated with aspirin,and 50 cases in observation group were treated with aspirin combined with clopidogrel.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Result After treatment,the total effective rate,Barthel score,and NIHSS score of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of aspirin and clopidogrel in the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction has a significant effect.
