摘要
为了促进捕收剂在低阶煤中有机质表面的铺展,提高其浮选效率,根据非离子表面活性剂在有机质和无机质表面吸附特性的不同,进行了十二烷基醇聚氧乙烯醚(C 12 EO 9)在煤及矸石表面吸附量、润湿热测定及捕收剂煤油在吸附C 12 EO 9前后的样品表面的铺展性研究。结果表明:随着初始浓度的增加,C 12 EO 9在煤及矸石表面的吸附量差异和润湿性差异增大;吸附C 12 EO 9后,煤油在煤表面的吸附量减少55.11%,润湿热增加58.53%,而煤油在矸石表面的吸附量基本不变,润湿热增加15.56%。表面活性剂吸附增大了煤油与煤之间的作用程度,使其更容易在煤表面铺展。浮选结果证实表面活性剂预处理促进了煤油在低阶煤表面的铺展性,提高了煤油的使用效率。
In this work,the effect of surfactant adsorption on the spreading performance of kerosene on low rank coal(LRC)surface was investigated.Based on the adsorption characteristic difference of non-ionic surfactant on the surfaces of organic and mineral matter of LRC,the dodecyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether(C 12 EO 9)was selected.Adsorption amount of surfactant/kerosene and wetting heat of samples were measured.The results show that the difference in adsorption amount and wettability between coal and gangue increase with the increase of surfactant initial concentration.After C 12 EO 9 adsorption,the adsorption capacity of kerosene on coal surface decreases by 55.11%and the wetting heat increases by 58.53%,while the adsorption capacity of kerosene on gangue surface remains unchanged basically and the wetting heat increases by 15.56%.This indicates that the interaction strength between kerosene and coal is increased by C 12 EO 9 adsorption and kerosene spreads on the coal surface more easily.The flotation results verify that the surfactant pre-adsorption on LRC promotes the spreadability of kerosene on low rank coal surface and improves the utilization efficiency of kerosene.
