胶粘剂抑制煤尘的特性研究

摘要 为抑制煤堆粉尘,提出了由聚氧化乙烯(PEO)和十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)组成的胶粘剂技术。运用表-界面张力仪、流变仪分别对胶粘剂的表面张力、黏度进行了测试,利用吉布斯(Gibbs)吸附等温公式对溶液分子吸附性质进行了定量分析,得出复配体系为SDS-0.5wt%PEO的胶粘剂具有较好的煤尘湿润性;运用扫描电镜观察了胶粘剂抑制煤堆风干后的表面形态,发现PEO与SDS通过络合作用结合会形成平滑而稳定的固结层,此时胶粘剂的防尘效果最好。 In order to control coal dust, adhesive technology consisting of polyethylene oxide(PEO) and sodium lauryl sulfate(SDS) is proposed. The surface tension and viscosity of the adhesive were tested by surface-interface tensiometer and rheometer respectively;the adsorption properties of solution molecules were quantitatively analyzed by Gibbs adsorption isotherm formula. It is showed that the adhesive with compound system of SDS-0.5 wt% PEO has good coal dust wettability;in addition, the surface morphology of the coal mixture after air-drying was observed by scanning electron microscopy, which showed that PEO and SDS combined with complexation to form a smooth and stable consolidation layer,and the obtained foam adhesive had the best dust proof effect.
