摘要
针对采用自然通风冷却塔的1050MW火力发电机组循环水泵耗电率大,雨区噪音污染严重问题,重庆万州港电公司开展冷却塔系统调研,将广泛应用于核电站的高位收水冷却塔运用在火力发电机组上,减少循环水泵电动机功率3000kW,循环水泵的耗电率降低至0.44%,冷却塔进风口处噪声降至68dB,利用循环水泵进水间高出地面的静压,可以在不启动循环水泵的情况下单独运行开式循环水泵,实现了节能降噪和经济运行的目的,收益效果明显,在实际应用中必将取代常规冷却水塔。
In view of the large power consumption of the circulating water pump of 1050 MW thermal power units with natural ventilation cooling tower and the serious problem of noise pollution in the rainy area,Chongqing Wanzhou Port Power Company carried out the research on the cooling tower system,and applied the high level water collection cooling tower widely used in the nuclear power plant to the thermal power units,reducing the power consumption of the circulating water pump motor by 3000 kW,and reducing the power consumption of the cooling water pump to 0.44% The noise at the air inlet of the tower is reduced to 68 dB,and the open circulating water pump can be operated independently without starting the circulating water pump by using the static pressure higher than the ground in the water inlet of the circulating water pump. The purpose of energy-saving,noise reduction and economic operation is realized,and the benefit effect is obvious. The conventional cooling water tower will be replaced in practical application.
