摘要
电除尘器是火电厂实现环保达标排放的重要辅助设备,同时也是一个高能耗设备。神华哈密电厂静电除尘器高频电源工作在火花率跟踪方式时,耗电率占发电量的0.8%~1%,节能降耗存在较大的潜力。为此,优化除尘器运行方式和运行参数已势在必行。本文以神华哈密电厂4×660 MW燃煤发电机组为例,介绍了高频电源采用脉冲供电方式,同时进行参数优化,能够降低40%的耗电量。
Electrostatic precipitator is an important auxiliary equipment for thermal power plants to achieve environmental protection and emission standards,but also a high energy consumption equipment.When the high frequency power supply of electrostatic precipitator in our factory works in spark rate tracking mode,the power consumption rate accounts for 0.8%-1%of the power generation.There is great potential for energy saving and consumption reduction.Therefore,it is imperative to optimize the operation mode and parameters of dust collector.Taking the 4X660 MW coal-fired generating unit of Shenhua Hami Power Plant as an example,this paper introduces the pulse power supply mode of high frequency power supply and the parameter optimization,which can reduce the power consumption by 40%.
