摘要
随着新工科建设,高校工程人才培养有了新的要求,高校应以服务国家战略、提升人才素质、满足地方需求、实现个人发展为目标,培育引领未来科技和产业发展的工程人才。当前,高校在工程人才的培养上,因教学理念、课程设置和师资力量等方面的问题,导致学生工程实践能力薄弱、创新思维不足。因此,高校需结合地方发展需求,转变教学模式,改革课程设置,着力培养适应行业需求的高素质工程人才。
With the new engineering construction,there are new requirements for the cultivation of engineering talents in colleges and universities,who should aim at"serving national strategy,improving the quality of talents,meeting local needs and realizing personal development"to cultivate engineering talents leading the future development of science,technology and industry.In the current cultivation of engineering talents,colleges and universities meet the problems in teaching philosophy,curriculum and faculty strength resulting in students'weak engineering practice ability and lack of innovative thinking.Therefore,colleges and universities need to combine local development needs to change the teaching model,reform the curriculum and focus on cultivating high-quality engineering talents to meet the needs of the industry.
