摘要
研究提出“第三方教师”概念,从在线课程使用者和非课程设计者的第三方教师角度出发,采用问卷调查法和访谈法,从认知、情感和行为三方面探究第三方教师支持与学习者在学习动机的影响关系,阐释第三方教师支持对学习者在线学习动机产生影响的具体表现。研究发现,第三方教师支持下在线学习者具有八种学习动机类型,第三方教师支持对学习者在线学习动机有显著影响。为提高学业完成率和学习效果,增强学习者的在线学习动机,第三方教师应积极构建师生学习共同体、加强有效互动和即时激励、提高教学支持的精准性、主动介入在线学习考核评价过程。
From the perspective of third-party teachers who are online course users and non-curriculum designers,this study constructs a model on the impact of third-party teacher support on online learners'learning motivation.Questionnaires and interviews were used to explain the impact and verify the model from the three perspectives of cognition,emotion and behavior analysis.It is presented that online learners with the support of the third-party teachers have eight types of motivation,and the supporting from the third-party teacher has a significant impact on online learners'learning motivation.In order to enhance the deep learning motivation and self-adaptive learning ability of online learners,improving students’academic completion rate and study effectiveness,the third-party teachers should actively construct the learning community,strengthen effective interaction and prompt incentive,improve the accuracy of teaching support,and actively involve in the procedure of the online learning assessment.
