摘要
根据留学生自身特点提出以问题为中心的教学模式(problem-based learning,PBL)。选择北京大学第三医院中医科国际交流学生74名,其中中医妇科学40名,针灸学34名,分别按照PBL教学法和以授课为中心(lecture-based learning,LBL)的教学法授课,以试卷和临床操作以及问卷调查评价教学效果。PBL组留学生在理论和操作方面均优于LBL组留学生,问卷调查发现留学生更能适应PBL教学模式。
The problem-based learning(PBL)was proposed according to the characteristics of international students in clinical teaching of TCM.74 international exchange students of traditional Chinese medicine in the third hospital of Peking University were selected,including 40 students of gynecology and 34 students of acupuncture and moxibustion.They were taught by PBL method and LBL method respectively,and the teaching effect was evaluated by the examination paper,clinical operation and questionnaire survey.Foreign students in the PBL group were better than those in the LBL group in both theory and clinical operation.The questionnaire survey demonstrated that foreign students were more adaptable to the teaching mode of the Problem-based learning.
