摘要
文章主要研究新能源汽车动力电池在低温以及快充条件下电性能的衰减与伴随产生的锂沉积现象。通过模拟低温快充测试条件,对电池进行充放电处理;再对电芯进行物理拆解,利用扫描电子显微镜、X射线光电子能谱、气相色谱质谱联用仪等材料分析手段对电芯电极片进行锂枝晶的形貌、金属元素价态和气体成分的分析。基于电芯的电性能与材料层级现象之间的关联研究,有助于从机理上理解电池电性能的表现。文章通过优化电池监测的控制条件,发展一种无损检测的技术方案,用于监测动力电池由于产生锂沉积而导致的性能衰减,以及时预警安全隐患来提高电动汽车的安全性。
In this paper,the attenuation of electrical properties and the accompanying lithium deposition of new energy vehicle power batteries are being researched.The batteries are cycled by low-temperature and fast-charging test conditions.Then the batteries are physically disassembled and the electrode material is analyzed by Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM),X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy(XPS),Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometer(GC-MS),etc.The morphology and element valence of the electrodes with the gas composition are detected.The research based on the correlation between the electrical properties and the material information of the cell is helpful to under-stand the electrical performance.It is also helpful to optimize the battery monitoring condition.The goal is to develop a non-destructive testing technology for monitoring the performance degradation of power battery,which can predict the safety hazards and improve the safety of electric vehicles.
