摘要
为更准确、完整地测量直流充电机运行参数,设计了一种直流充电机运行参数智能测量模块,旨在满足充电服务市场对电量公平贸易结算的更高需求,利于实现直流充电机集中智能管理,改善运行效率。采用数字测量、数字隔离、物联网等专用芯片,创新设计模块架构,优化模块智能测量技术方案。实验结果表明,该模块测量直流电能的准确度优于0.5级;所开发模块可实时测量直流充电机运行效率,具有一定应用价值。
In order to measure the operating parameters of DC chargersmore accurately and completely, an intelligent measuring module for DC chargers is designed technically. The module is supposed to meet the higher needs on fair settlement for subsequent charging market,to implementintegrated intelligentmanagement and to improve operating efficiency of DC chargers. Dedicated chips with digital measuring,digital isolation or IoT techniques are adopted to innovate the design of functional architecture, and to optimize the intelligent measuring scheme of the module. The experimental results of the module show that the measuring accuracy for DC energy issuperior to ±0.5%. The developed module is capable to measure the real-time efficiency of chargers,andis valuablein future application.
