摘要
采用RomaxDesigner建立两挡斜齿变速器的参数化模型,用于研究系统刚度、装配误差对齿轮微观修形的影响,得到误差和错位引起的应力分布情况,确定利用齿向修形和渐开线修形相结合的方式进行齿轮的修形优化进而消除误差与变形引起的应力分布不均和振动噪音情况,降低齿轮接触应力和弯曲应力以及系统的传动误差,提高齿轮安全系数和寿命.
This paper uses RomaxDesigner to establish a parametric model of the two-speed helical gear transmission,which is used to study the effects of system stiffness,assembly error and gear machining accuracy on the micro modificationof the gear,the model error and dislocation caused by the stress distribution,In order to reduce the contact stress and bending stress of the gear as well as the transmission error of the system and improve the safety coefficient and service life of the gear,it is necessary to optimize the gear profile by combining the gear profile modification with the involute profile modification so as to eliminate the uneven stress distribution and vibration noise caused by the error and deformation.
