摘要
随着工业4.0的不断推进,工业机器人在诸多领域得到了越来越广泛的应用。2019年人社部发布了工业机器人系统操作员这一新职业,也体现了工业机器人在制造业中发挥的重要作用。本文以使用KUKA工业机器人完成典型任务为例,详细介绍了经过优化的示教编程过程,并总结和创新了17个操作技巧。
With the development of industry 4.0,industrial robots is emerging in many fields.System operator,as a new career,which is issued by the ministry of human resources and social security as well as the important role in manufacturing.This article takes KUKA industrial robots to complete typical tasks as an example,and the optimized teaching programming process are introduced in detail,at the same time,in a summary of innovation has been 17 operative techniques.
