摘要
随着经济增长,人民生活水平提高,社会各界对食品安全的关注程度也有所提升,但现有农药残毒检测设备很难满足当前形势下的检测需求。于是文章首先对农药残毒检测技术的应用现状及发展趋势进行阐述,拟开发新型便携式农药残毒检测系统和仪器,明确了检测原理和软件、硬件组成,给未来阶段检测设备的研制提供参考。
With the economic growth and the improvement of people's living standards,the attention of all walks of life to food safety has also increased,but the existing pesticide residual testing equipment is difficult to meet the current situation of testing needs.In this paper,the application status and development trend of pesticide residue detection technology are described firstly,and a new portable pesticide residue detection system and instrument are proposed.The detection principle,software and hardware composition are defined,which provides reference for the development of detection equipment in the future.
