摘要
食品安全问题日益受到各界的关注,同时因农药残留而导致的食品中毒事件也引发了热议.因农药极性差异大、食品基质成分较为复杂、质谱背景干扰大等诸多影响因素,使检测难度较大,因此需要加大对现代农产品检测技术的研究和应用,突破检测技术的局限性,从而提高检测灵敏度.本文就目前主要农药残留检测技术中样品前处理方法进行了总结归纳和展望.
Food safety has attracted increasing attention from all walks of life. At the same time, food poisoning incidents caused by pesticide residues have also aroused public debate. There are many factors affecting the detection of multi-pesticide residues in food, such as the great polarity difference of pesticides, the complex composition of food matrix and the interference of mass spectrometry background, which make the detection more difficult. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the research and application of modern agricultural products detection technology and break through the limitations of detection technology. Therefore, the precision of detection is improved. In this paper, the sample pretreatment methods in the main pesticide residue detection technologies were summarized and prospected.
