摘要
通过对烟台市福山区大沽夹河四季微生物进行监测,结果表明断流河水中微生物菌落总数介于1.7×10^2~2.9×10^5 CFU/mL,总大肠菌群、耐热大肠菌群、大肠埃希氏菌均有检出,沙门氏菌、志贺氏菌未检出,表明水质被粪便污染,建议烟台市饮用水源须加强控制。
Based on the monitoring and result analysis of the four seasons microbial in Dagujia River,Fushan District,Yantai City,the total number of microbial colonies in the cut-off river water is between 1.7×10^2~2.9×10^5CFU/mL,the total coliform,heat-resistant coliform,Escherichia coli are detected,Salmonella and Shigella are not detected,indicating that the water quality is polluted by feces,and the drinking water source of yantai city should be strengthened.
