摘要
因其具有优越的生物学相容性和生物可降解性,透明质酸钠凝胶在生物医药和组织工程领域有广泛的应用。透明质酸有多个可修饰位点,不同的交联位点和交联方式制备了各种适用于不同领域的凝胶。本文对新型的透明质酸修饰和交联方式进行了综述,并对其凝胶的性质和应用进行了介绍,展示了透明质酸交联凝胶在细胞支架、生物活性分子的载体和创伤愈合等方面良好的应用前景。
Hyaluronic hydrogels are widely used in the field of biomedical and tissue engineering,due to its excellent biocompatibility and biodegradability.Various applicable to different areas of the hyaluronic hydrogels are prepared in different ways of crosslinking sites and crosslinking,as as well as numerous sites for modification.The new way of modification and crosslinking hyaluronic ware reviewed and the propeties and applications of the gel ware introduced in this paper,showing a potential application prospect of the crosslinked hyaluronic acid hydrogels on scaffolds,drug delivery systems and wound healing.
