摘要
目的:讨论对比钴铬合金烤瓷牙和二氧化锆烤瓷牙的应用及有效性。方法:选取某院2018年1月~2019年2月期间的116例烤瓷牙修复患者成为此次研究观察对象,将其随机分为对照组(钴铬合金烤瓷牙)与研究组(二氧化锆烤瓷牙)各58例,观察两组患者牙齿修复效果、自我感觉评分、社交自信评分及并发症发生机率。结果:研究组患者的牙齿修复效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的自我感觉及社交自信评分指标无差异(P>0.05);研究组患者的自我感觉及社交自信评分指标明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者发生并发症机率的10.34%明显低于对照组的24.13%(P<0.05)。结论:与钴铬合金烤瓷牙相比,二氧化锆烤瓷牙的应用可有效提高患者的牙齿修复效果及牙齿美观度,且治疗后患者发生并发症的机率较低,值得推广。
Objective:To discuss and compare the application and effectiveness of Co-Cr alloy and Zirconium dioxide ceramic teeth.Methods:116 patients with porcelain tooth restoration in our hospital from January 2018 to February 2019 were selected for this study.The patients were randomly divided into control group(cobalt-chromium alloy fused to metal)and study group(zirconium dioxide fused to metal),with 58 cases in each group.The effect of dental repair,self-perception score,social confidence score and incidence of complications were observed.Results:The effect of dental restoration in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in self-perception and social self-confidence score between the two groups(P>0.05).The self-perception and social self-confidence score of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 10.34%,lower than that in the control group with 24.13%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with cobalt-chromium alloy ceramic teeth,the application of zirconium dioxide ceramic teeth can effectively improve the restoration effect and dental aesthetics of patients,and the incidence of complications after treatment is low,which is worthy of promotion.
