摘要
目的：探析烤瓷牙运用钴铬合金烤瓷牙和二氧化钴烤瓷牙修复3年后的对比效果。方法将我院2008年3月～2011年6月期间收治的162例患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，给予对照组钴铬合金烤瓷牙治疗，而观察组则给予二氧化钴烤瓷牙治疗，对比分析修复3年后的效果。结果随访3年，对照组7颗边缘不密合，5颗继发龋齿，8颗牙龈发黑，治疗成功率为90.13%，而观察组1颗边缘不密合，1颗继发龋齿，0颗牙龈发黑，治疗成功率为94.11%，两组临床治疗效果差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论相比较钴铬合金烤瓷牙而言，二氧化铬烤瓷牙的成功率高，出现并发症几率小。
Objective To analyze the contrast of using co-cr alloy porcelain teeth and cobalt oxide porcelain teeth to repair porcelain teeth after three years.Methods162 patients in our hospital during March 2008 - June 2011were treated as the research object, they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, control group was used co-cr alloy porcelain teeth and the observation group were given cobalt oxide porcelain teeth treatment, the effect of the contrast analysis of three years after repair were obersived.Results After followed up for 3 years, seven patients’edge was not closed, five secondary caries, eight blackened gums, treatment success rate was 90.13% in the control group, one patient’ edge was not closed, secondary caries, ten blackened gums, treatment success rate was 94.11% in the observation group, two groups of clinical curative effect difference to be markedly, with statistical signiifcance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared with cobalt chromium alloy porcelain teeth, chromium oxide porcelain teeth small success rate is high, the risk of complications is less.
