β-catenin、B7-H3蛋白表达与脑胶质瘤患者病理分级的关联性分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨β-catenin、B7-H3蛋白表达与脑胶质瘤患者病理分级的关联性。方法:选取2015年1月~2018年1月进行体检的45例健康者为A组,45例脑胶质瘤患者为B组。所有研究对象都进行β-catenin、B7-H3蛋白检测,分析β-catenin、B7-H3蛋白表达对脑胶质瘤病理分级的影响。结果:B组B7-H3、β-catenin阳性表达率均明显高于A组,且B组患者β-catenin、B7-H3指标的高级别脑胶质瘤阳性表达率也明显高于其低级别脑胶质瘤阳性表达率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脑胶质瘤组织中β-catenin、B7-H3蛋白呈高表达状态,二者的表达水平与脑胶质瘤患者病理分级存在直接关联。 Objective:To investigate the correlation between the expression ofβ-catenin and B7-H3 protein and pathological grading in patients with glioma.Methods:45 healthy subjects from January 2015 to January 2018 were selected as group A and 45 patients with glioma as group B.All subjects were examined for the expression ofβ-catenin and B7-H3 protein.The effect of the expression ofβ-catenin and B7-H3 protein on the pathological grading of glioma were analyzed.Results:The positive expression rates of B7-H3 andβ-catenin in group B were significantly higher than those in group A,and the positive expression rates ofβ-catenin and B7-H3 in high-grade gliomas in group B were significantly higher than those in low-grade gliomas,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression levels of beta-catenin and B7-H3 protein in glioma tissues were high,and there was a direct correlation between the expression level and pathological grade of glioma patients.
