摘要
电子认证是构建网络可信、保障网络安全的一种关键核心技术,通过密码技术,实现电子签名真实性、可靠性验证,达到签名者身份真实性鉴别、签名过程可靠性认证以及数据电文完整性保障三项主要功能。电子认证服务涉及数据电文的生成、传递、接收、保存、提取、鉴定各环节,包括电子认证专有设备提供、基础设施运营、技术产品研发、系统检测评估、专业队伍建设等方面。文章通过分析国内外电子认证服务的发展现状,研究区块链技术与电子认证服务的融合,汲取成功的经验及做法,有利于促进我国电子认证服务行业的发展,有利于网络强国战略的实施。
Electronic authentication is a key core technology for building network credibility and ensuring network security. The authenticity and reliability of electronic signature can be verified through cryptography, three main functions are achieved, which are identity authentication of signer, reliability authentication of signature process and data message integrity guarantee. Electronic certification services involve the generation, transfer, reception, storage, extraction, and identification of data messages,including the provision of electronic certification proprietary equipment, infrastructure operations,technical product development, system testing and evaluation, and professional team building. By analyzing the development status of electronic certification services at home and abroad, studying the integration of blockchain technology and electronic certification services, and learning from successful experiences and practices, it is conducive to promoting the development of China’s electronic certification service industry and the implementation of the strategy of a network power.
