摘要
目的研究初产妇孕期体重增长对分娩方式及新生儿出生体重的影响。方法选择2016年10月-2018年10月到医院产检的160例产妇,根据孕期体重增长情况分为A组、B组、C组,随访孕妇至分娩。检测三组孕妇分娩方式、新生儿体重、新生儿身长、新生儿头围水平及不良妊娠结局发生率。结果 C组剖宫产发生率高于其他组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);C组新生儿出生体重、身长、头围均高于其他组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);C组巨大儿发生率高于其他组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论初产妇孕期体重增长过大将增加剖宫产发生率及新生儿出生体重。
Objective To study the effect of weight gain of primipara during pregnancy on delivery mode and neonatal birth weight.Methods A total of one hundred and sixty parturients who underwent production inspection in Mingji Hospital Affiliated to Suzhou University from October 2016 to October 2018 were enrolled.They were divided into group A,group B,and group C according to the weight gain during pregnancy.The pregnant women were followed up until delivery.The mode of delivery,neonatal weight,neonatal length,neonatal head circumference and incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes were detected in three groups. Results The incidence of cesarean section in group C was higher than that in other groups(P<0.05).The neonatal birth weight,body length and head circumference in group C were higher than those in other groups(P<0.05).The incidence of macrosomia in group C was higher than that in other groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Excessive weight gain of primiparas during pregnancy period will increase incidence of cesarean section and neonatal birth weight.
