大白菜抗根肿病基因定位及分子标记研究进展 被引量:7

Development in Mapping of Clubroot-resistance Gene and Molecular Marker Research in Chinese Cabbage

摘要 根肿病现已成为大白菜病害防治中亟待解决的难题之一,运用与目标基因紧密连锁的分子标记技术,准确筛选目标性状,培育抗根肿病大白菜品种是解决根肿病问题的重要措施。本综述客观总结了近十几年有关大白菜抗根肿病分子标记技术的相关研究,从大白菜根肿病抗病位点的发现与定位以及相关分子标记的开发和利用两个方面阐述了大白菜抗根肿病基因定位与分子标记的研究概况。探讨了分子标记在大白菜抗根肿病育种中的应用及存在的问题和今后的研究方向。以期为大白菜抗根肿病分子标记育种提供依据,为大白菜抗病新品种培育提供助力。 Clubroot has become one of the most difficult problems to be urgently solved in the prevention and control of Chinese cabbage(Brassica rapa subsp.pekinensis)diseases.The major method to solve the promblem is using molecular markers technology that linked closely to the target genes which could accurately select target characters and breed clubroot-resistance varieties.This review objectively summarized the relevant researches on molecular marker technologies of Chinese cabbage resistant to clubroot in recent decades,the research status about the gene mapping and molecular markers of clubroot-resistance gene in Chinese cabbage were studied from the discovery and localization of the resistance sites of Chinese cabbage clubroot and the development and utilization of related molecular markers.The application,existing problems and future research directions of molecular markers in the breeding of Chinese cabbage that against clubroot were also discussed.Hoping to lay a foundation for breeding of molercular marker for clubroot resistance in Chinese cabbage and provide help for cultivating new clubroot-resistance varieties of Chinese cabbage.
