摘要
电动汽车充电电量和负荷的增长对住宅地产配电和充电设施以及城市电网投资有重要影响。电动汽车增长存在连续性和不确定性的特征,与配电、充电基础设施投资的非连续性与确定性之间存在矛盾,导致充电设施建设投资不足与过剩的风险并存,最终制约了电动汽车的推广。文章利用住宅地产的统计数据,预测2020年—2030年我国住宅地产电动汽车充电电量和容量需求,并针对电量和负荷增长的问题,分析充电站协同调度技术在增加充电服务能力、降低充电设施投资等方面的作用。
The increase of electric vehicle charging and load has important influence on power distribution and charging facilities of residential real estate,as well as the investment of urban power grid.Electric vehicle increase has the characteristics of continuity and uncertainty,has contradiction with the investment of power distribution and charging infrastructure,causes both risks of insufficiency and surplus of construction investment of charging facilities and finally restricts the promotion of electric vehicle.This paper utilizes the statistic data of residential real estate,and forecasts China's electric vehicle charging and capacity demands from 2020 to 2030,targets at the problem of electricity quantity and load increase,and analyzes the role of cooperative scheduling technology of charging station in increasing charging service ability and reducing investment of charging facilities,etc.
