摘要
随着电动汽车产业的蓬勃发展,电动汽车电价定价模型与策略成为领域学者的研究重点。该文首先描述了现行电动汽车充放电定价的分类依据,然后分别从电网和充(换)电站利益最大化、用户利益最大化和供需双方共赢的角度解析了电动汽车有序充放电定价模型的实现机理以及各模型存在的优缺点,并在此基础上阐述了其优化方向。最后考虑到电网运行安全性和用户个性化需求等诸多因素,并且在顾及各方利益的基础上,提出基于分时电价的多目标充电优化模型。算例结果表明,不同电价方案下的用户满意度会引导用户调整用电习惯,从而使电网负荷曲线产生偏移,确保电网安全和各方经济利益,验证了该模型和方法的有效性。
With the booming of the electric vehicle industry, the pricing models and strategies of electric vehicles have stood out as the focus of current researchers and scholars. This paper is first designed to introduce the classification rationale of current electric vehicle charge and discharge pricing, and explore the realization mechanism of the orderly charge and discharge pricing models of electric vehicles as well as the advantages and disadvantages of each model from maximizing the benefits of power grids, charging stations, users and achieving a win-win result between suppliers and consumers. Then it elaborates on the corresponding optimization direction. Finally, a multi-objective charging optimization model based on time-of-use price is proposed with the security of power grid operation and the individual needs of users and the interests of all parties taken into account. The research data has verified the effectiveness and efficiency of this model as different electricity pricing plans will guide the users to adjust their electricity-using habits, thus deviating the load curve of power grids to ensure the safety of power grids, and interests of all parties concerned.
