摘要
深入分析区域大气污染物的时空变化与来源对于制定科学有效的治污政策至关重要。合肥市作为案例城市,其大气污染物的时空分布特征为:春、冬季节污染最为严重;整体呈西边重、东边轻、中央重、周边轻的区域分布态势;各项污染物的分布也存在较大差异。这一特征与该市的总体规划、工业布局、产业与能源结构、城市交通等密切相关,今后有必要做出一系列的调整与改造,并引进先进的污染防治技术,同时完善相应的机制体制。
A thorough analysis about the temporal-spatial variations and sources of atmospheric pollutants is essential for formulating a scientific and effective pollution control policy.The air pollution in Hefei(the case city)can be described as follows:(1)The most serious pollution occurs in spring and winter;(2)The pollution in the west and the central area is heavier;(3)Distribution of various pollutants is also quite different.This feature is closely related to the city's overall planning,industrial layout,industry and energy structure,and urban transportation.In the future,it is necessary to make a series of adjustments and transformations,introduce advanced pollution prevention technologies,and improve corresponding mechanisms.
