以视力干预为切入点的健康促进学校创建效果分析 被引量:7

Analysis on the effect of establishing health-promoting schools based on visual intervention

摘要 目的了解以视力干预为切入点的健康促进学校创建对中学生近视预防知信行影响效果,探索降低近视发病率的有效途径,为中学生近视防控提供参考依据。方法采取整群抽样方法,抽取金华市区南苑中学、金华四中和金华苏孟中学3所中学校以视力干预作为创建切入点的初二学生,创建前调查1 186名,创建后调查1 157名,进行近视预防知信行情况效果评价。数据利用EpiData3.1和SPSS17.0软件进行分析,计数资料以百分率表示,检验方法使用χ~2检验。结果基线调查预防近视知识总知晓率为79.16%,终末调查总知晓率为88.37%,创建前后比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=33.294,P<0.01);学生预防近视行为正确率创建前后比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=36.328,P<0.01)。健康促进学校创建前后学生视力明显改善,戴眼镜矫正视力人数明显上升,前后比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.264,P<0.05)。结论通过健康促进学校创建可提高学生近视预防知识知晓率,促使学生养成预防近视的正确行为,养成良好的用眼习惯,增强学生近视预防能力,降低近视患病率。 Objective To investigate the effect of health-promoting school building based on visual acuity intervention on students’ knowledge,attitude and practice of myopia prevention,explore an effective way to reduce the incidence of myopia,so as to provide reference for the prevention and control of myopia among school students.Methods A cluster sampling was used to investigate,to select before and after the establishment of health promotion schools,1 186 and 1 157 middle school students from Nanyuan Middle School in the city of Jinhua,Jinhua No.4 middle school and Sumeng middle school in Jinhua to evaluate the effect of knowledge,belief and practice of myopia prevention.Epidata3.1 and SPSS17.0 software were used to analyze the data.The counting data were expressed as a percentage,and the Chi-square test was used for the test.Results The total awareness rate of the baseline survey was 79.16%,and the final survey was 88.37%.The difference was statistically significant(χ2=33.294,P<0.01).There was a significant difference in the correct rate of behavior before and after the prevention of myopia(χ2=36.328,P<0.01).The visual acuity of the students before and after the establishment was improved obviously,and the number of those who wore glasses to correct visual acuity was increased obviously.The difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.264,P<0.05).Conclusion The establishment of health promoting school can improve the knowledge rate of myopia prevention,promote the correct behavior of myopia prevention,form good habit of using eyes,enhance the ability of myopia prevention,and reduce the prevalence of Myopia.
