偏压圆钢管柱经CFRP加固后的承载力试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过对6根使用CFRP加固的圆钢管柱试件与2根未加固圆钢管柱试件进行稳定承载力偏压试验,研究了CFRP层数、偏心距对CFRP钢管偏压承载力的影响。使用ANSYS有限元软件建立的“壳-弹簧-壳”模型对试验构件进行模拟,并将试验结果和有限元结果进行对比分析。分析结果表明,相对于不粘贴CFRP布的试件,粘贴1层CFRP布试件的极限承载力提高7.29%~11.98%,粘贴3层CFRP布试件的极限承载力提高10.32%~16.28%。偏心受压圆钢管柱的偏心距越大、环向粘贴CFRP布层数越多,对构件的极限承载力和刚度的提高越大,但CFRP层数对提高承载力的贡献呈现降低趋势。 The effects of CFRP layer number and eccentricity on the biasing capacity of CFRP steel tube are studied by using six CFRPreinforced round steel tubular specimens and two unreinforced round steel tubular specimens.The"shell-spring-shell"model established by ANSYS finite element software is used to simulate the experimental components,and the experimental results and finite element results are compared and analyzed.The analysis results show that compared with the test piece without CFRP cloth,the ultimate bearing capacity of the laminated CFRP cloth specimen is increased by 7.29%~11.98%,and the ultimate bearing capacity of the bonded CFRP cloth specimen is increased by 10.32%~16.28%.The larger the eccentricity of the eccentrically compressed circular steel pipe column and the more the number of CFRP cloth layers in the circumferential direction,the greater the ultimate bearing capacity and stiffness of the component,but the contribution of CFRP layer to the improvement of bearing capacity is decreasing.
