摘要
目的:对于综合护理在预防小儿尿道下裂术后并发症的应用进行观察。方法:选取本院2017年4月至2018年8月间的110例尿道下裂患儿,按随机分配原则分为常规护理组与综合护理组两组做对照研究,常规护理组使用常规传统护理,综合护理组采用综合护理干预,对比两组患儿的排便情况和并发症发生率。结果:综合护理组患儿的并发症发生率较常规护理组有明显降低,且排便情况均优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:综合护理对于预防小儿尿道下裂术后并发症有显著效果,可在临床推广使用。
Objective:To observe the application of comprehensive nursing in preventing postoperative complications of hypospadias in children.Methods:110 children with hypospadias from April 2017 to August 2018 were randomly divided into two groups:the routine nursing group and the comprehensive nursing group.The conventional nursing group used conventional traditional nursing.The comprehensive nursing group used comprehensive nursing intervention to compare the defecation and complication rates of the two groups.Results:The incidence of complications in the comprehensive nursing group was significantly lower than that in the conventional nursing group,and the defecation was better than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing has a significant effect on preventing postoperative complications of hypospadias in children.It can be used in clinical promotion.
