摘要
总结了尿道下裂患儿尿道成形术后疼痛的原因及护理体会,主要包括手术创伤、尿道支架管、阴茎勃起及手术切口引起的疼痛及护理等方面,认为尿道下裂患儿尿道成形术后疼痛是一个多因素综合影响的结果。有效的综合护理,可明显缓解术后疼痛,改善患儿生活质量,提高手术成功率。
Summarized the courses and related nursing managements of postoperative pain after urethroplasty for the patients with congenital hypospadias. It included mainly the managements about operation wound, urethral stent placement, erection of penis and operative incision. It suggested that muhifactor causes the pain with the hypospadias repair. Timely and effective nursing management of postoperative pain about hypospadias repair can promote a successful recovery.
