摘要
研究了环保型增塑剂RS-107、RS-700、RS-735和TegMeR■812对丙烯酸酯橡胶(ACM)/乙烯丙烯酸酯橡胶(AEM)共混胶性能的影响,结果表明,随着增塑剂的加入,ACM/AEM共混胶的转矩明显下降,不同增塑剂对共混胶硫化影响的差别不大。加入4种增塑剂均使得共混硫化胶的硬度、拉伸强度和100%定伸应力减小而扯断伸长率增大,压缩永久变形性能和热稳定性都出现了不同程度的下降,耐低温性能得以改善,提高了耐IRM 903标准油性能,但对耐ASTM No 1标准油性能的影响不大。加入增塑剂使得共混胶的玻璃化转变温度明显向低温方向偏移、储能模量减小。其中,RS-700赋予共混硫化胶最好的综合性能。
The effects of environmental friendly plasticizers,such as RS-107,RS-700,RS-735 and TegMeR■812,on the properties of acrylate rubber(ACM)/ethylene acrylate rubber(AEM)blends were studied.The results showed that with the addition of plasticizers,the torque of ACM/AEM blends decreased significantly,and the effect of different plasticizers on vulcanization of blends was not significant.With the addition of these four plasticizers,the hardness,tensile strength and modulus at 100%decreased while the elongation at break increased,and the compression set and thermal stability decreased in varying degrees.The low temperature resistance was improved,and the oil resistance to IRM 903 standard oil was improved,but the effect on the oil resistance to ASTM No 1 standard oil was not significant.The addition of these plasticizers made the glass transition temperature of the blends shift to low temperature,and the storage modulus decreased.Among them,RS-700 provided the blend vulcanizate with the best comprehensive properties.
