摘要 以机车绝缘材料配方为基础,研究了EPDM乙烯含量、填料种类及用量、增塑剂种类、交联密度对复合材料耐2#油(矿物油)、3#油(燃油)性能的影响。结果表明,复合材料耐3#油性能较差,更难达到标准要求,各因素对拉伸强度变化率影响相对较小。 Based on the form ulation of locomotive insulation m aterials,the effects of EPDM ethylene content,filler type and am ount,plasticizer type and crosslink density on the properties of composite resistant No.2 oil(m ineral oil)and No.3 oil(fue oill)were studied.T he results showed th at the composite m aterial had a bad perform ance to No.3 oil resistance,it was more difficult to meet the stan d ard,and the influence of each factor on the tensile strength change rate was relatively small.
