摘要
DRGs是当今世界公认的较为先进的付费方式之一,近几年广受关注,并在医院收费方式的不断改进过程中充当重要角色。该文通过总结回顾DRGs付费方式在国内外的发展历程,结合广东省人民医院的实践,归纳其在实践中的应用条件,并对DRGs付费方式在我国的全面推广实施做出展望。
DRGs is one of the more advanced payment methods recognized in the world today.In recent years,it has received extensive attention and played an important role in the continuous improvement of hospital fee collection.This paper reviews the development of DRGs in the home and abroad,combined with the practice of the People's Hospital of Guangdong Province,sums up its application conditions in practice,and forecasts the implementation of DRGs in China.
