摘要
目的:探讨医务社工对居家精神分裂症患者的服务效果。方法:2016年5月-2017年6月选取居家精神分裂症患者7例,依据日常生活活动评定表(ADL)和社会功能活动量(FAQ)、家庭功能评定量表(FAD)3个量表,对接受服务前与接受服务后的患者对照研究,分析差异。结果:接受服务后患者的社会功能、家庭功能均得到提高。结论:医务社会工作对居家患者的精神康复有积极影响,有助于患者回归社会,可推进工作。
Objective:To explore the effect of medical social workers on home-based schizophrenics.Methods:7 patients with schizophrenia at home were selected from May 2016 to June 2017.According to the three scales of ADL,FAQ and FAD,the patients before and after the service were compared and the differences were analyzed.Results:After receiving the service,the social function and family function of the patients were improved.Conclusion:The medical social work has a positive effect on the mental rehabilitation of the patients at home,which is helpful for the patients to return to the society and promote the work.
