摘要
新时代大学英语教学应该实现培养学生应用能力的目标,教学内容转向专门用途英语课程。基于甘肃省高等院校的特色,建立个性化的大学英语课程体系有助于满足学生个性化需求,促进英语课程的本土化,切实提高教学质量,推动大学英语拓展课程的实践价值。ESP教学模式符合“通识+专业”的改革探索思路,促使教师调整教学内容,改进教学质量,提高教学方法,帮助学生提升国际视野,加深学习兴趣,增强跨文化理解与实践能力。
According to"The National Medium and Long Term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)",the ESP courses set by colleges and universities of Gansu Province must be updated,based on the concept and mechanism of talent training,the ESP curriculum must be adjusted,focusing on the international background and the requirement for more practical talents,and the ESP course for legal English should be studied and summarized.The necessity and feasibility of the teaching and research of ESP courses in the new background are put forward by analyzing the ESP curriculum and experience of the existing ESP courses for the legal English and non-English Majors.
