摘要
国家事业单位岗位设置管理、深化党和国家机构改革,迫切要求高校档案工作人员由身份管理向岗位管理转变。合理地设定档案工作岗位需要档案部门的积极参与。文章结合改革实践中出现的问题,探索档案部门如何从工作目标、工作分析、流程设计、编制岗位说明书等方面配合人事部门开展这项艰巨复杂的任务。
Optimizing the post setting management of state institutions and deepening the reform of party and state agencies makes it urgent for the archives staff in colleges and universities to transform from identity management to post management.Setting up the archives post reasonably requires the active participation of archives departments.Combining the problems that appear in reforming practice,this paper explores how archives departments can cooperate with personnel departments to carry out this difficult and complex task from the perspective of work analysis,process design,post description and so on.
