摘要
储罐是我国能源战略安全的重要设施。应预防储罐腐蚀延迟使用寿命。我国在储罐阴极电位准则、电位监测、基础材料、电绝缘、边缘板腐蚀、防渗等方面,存在不一致、不规范的情形。应借鉴国外标准先进经验和推荐做法加以改进。基于我国储罐工程实际情况,研究了中国与美国、欧洲储罐阴极保护标准的重要差异,包括高温工况下保护电位值、砂垫层材质质量、储罐底板电位监测点数量和位置等先进理念,以及取消电绝缘、罐底边缘版腐蚀防治和储罐基础防渗等推荐做法。研究成果可为提高我国储罐安全管理水平以及储罐标准修订工作提供参考。
Tank was the important facility for China energy strategy.It should protect tank from corrosion to prolong the life time.There are difference and inconformity condition in tank potential criteria,potential monitoring,basic materials,electrical insulation,tank edge plate corrosion,seepage control and other issues.It should improve level by referring the advanced experience and recommended practice of foreign standard.The paper studied the important difference of tank cathodic protection standards at home and abroad,based on the domestic tank engineering practice,including the advanced concepts such as the protection potential value under high temperature,the quality of the sand cushion material,the number and location of the tank potential monitoring points,and the recommended practice of eliminating electric insulation,corrosion prevention of the edge plate of the tank bottom and seepage prevention of the storage tank foundation.Research results offered a reference for improving the level of China tank safe management and revision work of tank standards.
